As you turn into the intersection leading into Dover, you’ll immediately be greeted by two of our stunning trails—ideal for a quick, easy walk that lets you immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds the town.
2.Visit the Dover Fault Interpretation Centre!
If you’re visiting in July or August, don’t miss the chance to explore our Interpretation Centre! Discover the rich history of our community, including 500 Million Years of the Dover Fault—a remarkable geological feature that runs right through the heart of our town. You can even have a tour guide accompany you while you explore our next entry!
3. The Dover Fault Lookout!
Take in breathtaking views of our town from the heights of our scenic lookout! Along the way, immerse yourself in local history by reading the informational signs that tell our story. As you ascend, you’ll encounter the remnants of a Digby B-18 Bomber that had to make a crash landing here during World War II, and you’ll even encounter the site that gained fame in the Broadway musical Come From Away.
4. The Bradley Oram Memorial Dog Park!

Stop by the Chris Mongrain Memorial Volleyball Court for some friendly fun! Open to everyone, it’s the perfect place to serve, spike, and enjoy a game with friends.
